Fine DINers: Starline receives TÜV certificate
Starline has once again completed and passed certification in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This certification, which is recognised worldwide as the benchmark for an effective quality management system, once again confirms the company's commitment to the highest quality standards for products and services.
In fact, DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction by requiring a process-orientated approach to quality management.
For Starline Computer, this means that all internal processes, from storage/server construction to sales and customer support, are regularly reviewed and optimised.
‘Our goal is not only to meet our customers' expectations, but to exceed them. The renewed ISO 9001:2015 certification shows that we meet the highest standards in our processes and procedures,’ emphasised Co-Managing Director Carsten Wilde after the audit.
He particularly emphasised the strong commitment of the entire team, which actively participated in the continuous improvement processes. Carsten Wilde summarised that this attitude not only ensures greater efficiency within the company, but also strengthens its innovative power and ability to react quickly to market changes.
For customers and partners of Starline Computer GmbH, the renewed certification is therefore an important signal: they can continue to rely on consistently high quality, both in terms of advice and products. ‘Especially in the IT sector, where technological developments and customer requirements are constantly evolving, a high level of quality and flexibility is crucial,’ the Managing Director recapitulated.
The renewed certification thus emphasises Starline Computer GmbH's position as a reliable partner in a dynamic market environment. It also forms the basis for the company's long-term development and gives customers the assurance that Starline will continue to work to the highest international standards in the future.
