Congratulations to Susi Manz
20 years of production management in server construction
Susanne Manz began her career as an IT systems electronics technician at a competitor company before joining Starline Computer GmbH as production manager around 20 years ago.
Since then, she has acted as a link between sales, purchasing and logistics to ensure that production runs smoothly. In a world full of cables, cooling fins and men, she has not only held her own - she has taken command!
She juggles an extensive stock, complex orders and the potential of a team of ten to achieve the gross profit targets every month.
If a problem arises somewhere, she already has the solution at hand while others are still googling the error message. The agile power woman sometimes steps on her superiors' toes - without ifs and buts.
But Susanne doesn't just make sure the technology works, she also makes sure everything is tidy and comfortable. If the chaos theory is once again proven in the office kitchen, she gives us a well-placed rebuke - but with heart, because she only wants the best for us (and a clean working environment!).
At the same time, she nurtures our plants with dedication, because there has to be a bit of life somewhere between all the server racks and mainboards.
In short: without Susanne, our day-to-day work would be duller, more chaotic and more sober. Thank you for 20 years of energy, assertiveness and heart! We look forward to many more with you - and to your next Schnapsi-Taxi!
