ARM servers are ideal for small and medium-sized businesses, offering high performance at low cost and requiring little space and power. You get rackmount servers with this processor architecture from us, therefore, already from a height unit space requirement. As dedicated servers, they are optimized for lower-level IT infrastructure services and also meet the highest security requirements.
Our multi-node platforms also achieve extremely high packing density, which in turn benefits energy efficiency and computing power. Costs are therefore kept low by dispensing with non-essential functional features and components. At the same time, they were nevertheless trimmed for maximum reliability.
Other features: Single Socket Server especially with Atom processor, mirrored operating system with the possibility to install two hard disks/SSDs, onboard RAID protection as well as integrated remote maintenance. Added to this is Starline’s excellent local support with exceptionally high customer satisfaction.

Ceph is a distributed open source SDS system that provides access to object, block and file storage. Ambedded's server lineup combines these capabilities in the specially developed Mars 400 appliance. The Ambedded developers have taken a new approach and have virtually emulated the Ceph architecture with hardware. In this way, they created servers that are optimally adapted to Ceph, while at the same time operating extremely economically with their ARM processors. Each CPU is assigned an SSD or HDD and thus forms an independent microserver. As many as eight of these micro servers operate in a 1U appliance from Ambedded. Thus, with this efficient technology, it is possible that an HA cluster with 21 hard disks, 24 SSDs and 24 processors on 3U requires less than 400 watts of power.
