Logfile Export: Infortrend
How to export your log for Infortrend systems.
Export support file:
1. Open the startpage of your device in SANWatch.
2. With the cursor hover over System in the top left corner of the screen. In the appearing drop-down-menu click on Export System Information.
3. In the following pop-up window you can export the system configuration and the event logs.
Please export these by clicking on w/o core dump and send the file to us, when submitting a support request. If a support staff asks you for the Core Dump please click on With core dump.
Export system configuration:
1. Log into your ESGS-System through EONOne or through the IP address.
2. Now go to the Category System on the startpage of the settings.
3. In the left sidebar please go to Maintenance. Now you can export the System configuration by clicking on the Export button below Diagnostic Log.
Send us this zip-file when submitting your support request.
